During his pursuit of a Master of Science in Computer Science, a glaring inefficiency caught his attention: despite the prevalence of computers in classrooms, final exams were always given on paper.
Dedicated professors, strived to curb cheating, and resorted to laborious measures like crafting multiple exam versions. Witnessing the ordeal of scoring, with its mountains of paper, he couldn't help but feel there had to be a more efficient solution.
No teacher ever became a teacher to spending endless hours creating and scoring exams.
Clearly, the task of discerning filled bubbles from empty ones could be entrusted to technology.
Thus, spurred by this conviction, he embarked on his Master's Capstone Project: an ambitious endeavor to create a groundbreaking application that would revolutionize exam preparation and scoring. In a mere eight weeks, he transformed this vision into a proof-of-concept application: GradeScan.
The overwhelming enthusiasm he encountered during the project's presentation fueled his determination to refine and expand GradeScan into what it is today.
