GradeScan is seeking High School and College Instructors to serve as Conference Ambassadors during one of the nation’s leading education technology conferences.
This is a paid opportunity for educators who are interested in classroom assessment, academic integrity, and innovative EdTech solutions.
Event Dates: June 28 – July 1, 2026
Location: Orange County Convention Center — Orlando, Florida
To qualify for this position, Ambassador candidates must actively use GradeScan in their own classroom prior to the conference and administer at least one assessment using the platform.
We are specifically seeking educators who can speak from direct classroom experience when interacting with conference attendees.
Selected candidates will receive onboarding assistance and guidance to help them get started with the platform before the event.
GradeScan is developing an AI-enabled assessment platform designed to help instructors administer and grade paper-based assessments more efficiently while supporting transparency, fairness, and academic integrity.
The platform is built around real classroom workflows for both High School and Higher Education environments.
As a Conference Ambassador, you will:
No prior conference or sales experience is required.
We are looking for educators who are:
Conference Ambassadors will be compensated at $25 per hour as independent contractors (1099).
Selected Ambassadors will receive:
