Position Overview
As a Commissioned Sales Representative at Gradescan, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities within educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities. You will work remotely, leveraging your sales expertise and network to promote Gradescan’s suite of tools and services. This is a 100% commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for high-performing sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients within the educational sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and educational service providers.
Conduct virtual presentations and demonstrations of Gradescan’s products and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition tailored to their specific needs.
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, including follow-ups, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within educational institutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential market opportunities to effectively position Gradescan’s offerings.
Regularly update the sales team on progress, pipeline status, and any challenges encountered.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of the education industry and the unique challenges faced by educators and institutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software is a plus.
A network of contacts within the education sector is highly desirable.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role, offering a competitive commission structure (30%) with uncapped earning potential. Your earnings will be directly tied to your sales performance, providing significant opportunities for high-income achievement.
